Your 30-day return window

If your purchase is not the right fit, contact us within 30 days after it is delivered to request a return or exchange. Provide the order number or another proof of purchase. For a change-of-mind return, keep the goods unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging. Please ask for instructions before mailing anything back so the return can be connected to your order.

We cover eligible return shipping

You do not pay the return shipping cost for an eligible return, whether you changed your mind or received a damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete order. Our team will arrange a prepaid return label or explain another merchant-paid return method. For a product or delivery problem, send the order details, a description of the issue and photographs that help show the damage or discrepancy. These steps do not limit remedies that applicable consumer law provides.

Where to send an approved return

Unless we provide a separate return destination for your case, use the business address shown below as the return address. Follow the instructions we send with the authorization. If you would prefer an exchange, tell us which replacement you are seeking; we will check availability and explain the arrangements before you return the item.

How your refund is issued

After we receive and inspect the return and approve the refund, we issue it to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your financial institution or payment service may need additional time before the credit becomes visible. Contact us if you need help locating an approved refund.

If the order has not shipped

Send a cancellation or amendment request as early as possible before dispatch. We will check whether fulfillment can still be interrupted, but cannot guarantee the change. Once an order has shipped, please use the return process described in this policy.
